TTI's transculture training, coaching, briefings and consulting focus is on teaching the essential practical elements to work, do business, interact and socialize with culturally-different people.
Our transculture training programs include cultural diversity awareness and sensitivity training for working and doing business in international and domestic workplaces and marketplaces.
Our transculture training programs will enable clearer communication and understanding, and yield greater awareness and sensitivity among culturally-different individuals. It will strengthen personal and business relationships, collaboration and productivity, and result in closer rapport and cooperation with domestic and international colleagues, customers, partners and contacts.
We teach the essential practical skills and the know-how to work and do business effectively in foreign countries through a proven, experience-based framework of systematic guidelines, strategies, tactics and role-play exercises which highlight the salient transculture differences, diverse work, business and personal dynamics, attitudes, behaviours and cultural sensitivities.
Our exclusive transculture training programs are client-customized and consist of a blend of comprehensive country and regional cultures' orientation briefings, foundational material guided readings and in-class discussions, video presentations, review of client-pertinent case studies and critical incidents, plus experiential role-play practice exercises which reinforce the training.
Our training programs and workshops' design and delivery focus on client-pertinent business processes, on actionability, usefulness and immediacy, rather than on generic, culture-general overview briefings. We review and discuss client-pertinent, real-world critical incident situations and case studies, with proven, successful interventions, and make extensive use of powerful, experiential role play critical incident situation practice exercises which have long-lasting, sustainable impact.
Our role-play practice exercises' replicate clients' international business initiatives' strategies, action plans, tasks, processes and challenges, focusing on successful outcomes and results' realization.
TTI training participants have the opportunity to complete a proprietary personal cultural profile questionnaire which highlights their cultural perspectives and lenses, core values and beliefs, providing insight into how they might integrate, work and do business in multicultural contexts.
TTI's powerful training methodology moves participants beyond simply understanding differing cultural perspectives and context, through understanding their own perspectives and lenses, to bridging and working through the many transculture differences, intricacies and challenges.
